Global Test Market
If you have not read my five minute guide to online paid surveys please do it before you fuck yourself over Paid Surveys: Make Extra Cash.
Welcome to one of the higher paying survey sites Global Test Market. The only way to make money on this site is through online surveys and panels.
The Surveys
If you don’t qualify for a survey GTM will give you 5 Marketpoints ($.25). Easily the highest in the industry if you don’t qualify for a survey (most companies give you nothing). I receive around 4 surveys a week they average between 50 and 250 market points ($2.50-$7.50), but you can also qualify for online panels that pay more ($35 for an hour). I have not had a survey from GTM last more than 25 minutes and they have rates comparable to Opinion Outpost and Survey Spot.
Payout
The only drawback to GTM is that you have to have 1000 Marketpoints to cash out ($50). This can be reached easier than you think though. After you reach 1000 Marketpoints request a check. Mine took around six weeks, but it still came, and I am not complaining in anyway.

Yea $67 bones.
My Recommendations
Everyone should join GTM. There is money to be made here. I am already 1/3 of my way to another check. It is in my top three for best paying.
If you want to join please hit “Contact The Wi11is” make sure your email is correct, place GTM in the subject line. I get $1 for each referral, but I will also email you with some more tips and tricks to make money. If you have any questions just let me know, this is the seventh company that has paid out and I am hoping to have at least 10 by the time school starts back up, so watch for updates.

If you haven’t read my five minute guide to paid surveys, do it Paid Surveys: Make Extra Cash. Inbox Dollars is comparable to Cash Crate.
How to make money
Read Emails: 3 cents per email ( I average 3 emails a day) I have made $4.
Take Daily Survey: $.50 recently reduced from $1
Cash Offers: (I don’t do many, but there is a trick if you want to do a lot)
Shopping: They give you a percentage back if you are purchasing from a store online. So if you join check out the stores they have and if you do online shopping make sure to click through their site to get money back. (Apple, Dell, Newegg)
Payment takes 30 days after you reach $30, but they give you exact date and it took mine 3 days to get here after being sent. *Note they are tricky bastards and charge you $3 to process a payment. The good news is after your first payment you are given gold membership status. Then you can cash out and it only takes 3-9 days for the payment to be processed. Also gold members are given referrals of random people who join. They pay and it’s free money.

My Suggestions
I just love the fact that by clicking an email I am getting paid money. Even though it is not much it adds up. The .50 daily survey is less than Cash Crate’s $.80 so take Cash Crate’s daily survey first. They have a $30 minimum payment (kinda high). So, it will take you at least a month to get this unless you are smart motha. They give you $5 for just signing up which is nice. So sign up and start earning money. If you have any questions about paid surveys just hit “Contact The Wi11is” and I might be able to point you in the right direction and give you some pointers.

I am sorry The Wi11is is really slowing down now since I am working. Don’t worry, when school starts back up she’ll get hot. In the mean time, here is another way to make money online. Don’t be a jackass and just jump into taking online surveys, read my five minute guide here Paid Surveys: Make Extra Cash.
This site is pretty simple. The survey part of Cash Crate allows you take one $.80 survey a day. If you did this everyday that would make you $292 a year. Now, I doubt you will make that much. After you login into Cash Crate, go to the members area and click on the “Daily Surveys” tab. You will be directed to a different survey site where you will take a survey. The survey could take five minutes or it could take 20 minutes.
Payouts
Cash Crate sends out a check monthly on the 15th and if you have reached at least $10 they will send you a check. There is no need to request a check. *The check comes from “Kingside Media” so don’t throw it away thinking it is junk mail.* Here is my check for $10.10.

You can earn points on the website. I suggest you skip messing with them. They don’t add up to much. Another way to earn money on the site is to do “Cash Offers”. These can really add up and are pretty simple. There are some tricks though. DO NOT attempt to do all the free cash offers in one day. You will not be credited with the earnings. Make sure the information you give the company is what Cash Crate has on account. If I were you, I would do one or two a week. Make sure to clear your cookies out and be ready to get hit with spam if you sign up for these. Or if you want to just don’t worry about them and just do the surveys.
Recommendation
This site is not as good as Opinion Outpost or Survey Spot, but it is worth it to join. You should do the higher paying surveys from the other sites first, then hit up the Cash Crate. If you are dedicated enough you can make decent money from this site. The $10 payout is low and you can easily make that every month.
Other Paid Survey Sites
SurveySpot ($52 in earnings so far)
Opinion Outpost ($70)
PineCone Research (Invite Only $3 per survey, checks sent weekly, sign up now before they stop accepting new members)
NFO MySurvey ($17)

My paid survey experiment is going pretty well, I received three checks this week (two Survey Spot, one PineCone). If everything comes through I will have made around $250 in about two months. If you haven’t read Paid Surveys: Make Extra Cash, I suggest you do before you join any paid survey sites, I got some tips in there that’ll save your ass.
The next site I am reviewing is NFO MySurvey. I think this was the first site I signed up for. The reason for that was because it was the most legit. Everything is simple and explained to you. Your account gets credited as soon as you finish a survey (unlike SurveySpot). My check came in a week after I requested it. This is by far the fastest paying site. The downside, the payouts are not as good as other sites like SurveySpot and Opinion Outpost.
My Recommendation
Join this site, but do not put it as your priority, visit the other sites first then come back to this one. If you have time go to the site daily they have extra surveys on there that they do not email out to you. MySurvey has a lot of 10 point surveys (1 point= 1 cent). These are less than a minute and are usually to check whether you fit the profile for a larger survey. I think the best paying one was 250 points ($2.50) for me. The upside is no matter what you will get paid for taking a survey, be it 15 seconds or 10 minutes. The site has a good referral system, 150 points per person you refer. So do me a handjob and click on the banner in this post and I’ll get credited. They also have $10,000 sweepstakes if you sign up, but knowing your luck that won’t help. They have prizes as well as cash, but the prizes aren’t worth it always take the check.

Total Earnings so far from MySurvey
$18
Here is proof they pay.

Other paid survey sites that I have reviewed and that actually pay
SurveySpot ($47 in earnings so far)
Opinion Outpost ($55 in earnings)
PineCone Research (Invite Only $3 per survey, checks sent weekly, sign up now before they stop accepting new members)
Also if you want to make $50 sign up for the Chase Freedom Card (I did and the money was deposited in my rewards account in about a month)

I have a link to sign up males that are 18+ to PineCone Research. This is probably the best and most consistent survey company. They are really strict so be consistent. You will get a $3 dollar check every time you complete a survey. It takes about two weeks but then blam… check found. Their surveys take between 10-15 minutes and are very easy I did one this morning that took seven minutes and all I had to do was tell them what shampoos I bought. I have received three* $3 checks already.

This company only allows people to join by invitation that they open every few months here is your chance to join if you are a male who is 18+. This link will not be open for long, once they reach the amount of peeps they want they will shut it down.
Let me know when the link goes bad and I will take it down.

If you haven’t read Paid Surveys: Make Extra Cash it could save you some pain in the future if you choose to do online surveys.
You will know you are at Survey Spot if you see the little dalmatian. I was really skeptical of this site, but finally realized they were legit. The reason for this is the payout system. Once you take a survey it takes 4-6 weeks for it to be credited to your account. You must have $5 to cash out which isn’t bad and that will probably be two surveys. It takes an additional 4-6 weeks for the payment to come in the mail. I received a $6 check and you can see three other payments I haven’t received yet. I will post this check when I get time (the pics are on my blackberry and I just moved back home so I am unorganized).

If I can add that is $29 so far from Survey Spot.
So what’s the catch?
They email you invites to take surveys and the only incentive you get is entries into a sweepstakes. DO NOT TAKE SURVEYS UNLESS THERE IS A CASH INCENTIVE. Most surveys are between $2-$5, they take about fifteen minutes, and you automatically get an entry into the sweepstakes if you take a survey that has a cash incentive. One thing that sucks is that you can’t refer friends for cash. So DO NOT email The Wi11is and ask to be referred (Opinion Outpost still email).

Some Help Hints
- Do not take surveys unless they offer money
- Use Internet Explorer
- To check your earnings go to the “member’s area”
- Be patient, it will take awhile but when you get that check you’ll feel better

Opinion Outpost
First, read Paid Surveys: Make Extra Cash if you haven’t yet. This will really help you out and it only take a few minutes to read.
You’ll know you are at Opinion Outpost when you see the hottie in the cowboy hat. I have had the most success with them as a paid survey company and earned the most money so I thought I would give you the best first.
Here’s what ya do.
Either go to their website and sign up (not recommended) or click Contact The Wi11is at the top and put “Opinion Outpost” as your name and your “survey email” address as the email address. Don’t worry I won’t sell you email address, I don’t even need your name. I am asking you to do this so I can refer you. I get a dollar for each person who signs up and actually does a survey, so throw me a bone for helping you out. I could have just had a link to their website, but they said The Wi11is had too “graphic” material (all the ladies). What will happen next is that you will receive an email from Opinion Outpost to sign up.
You will have to take some profile surveys (which you won’t get paid for). These are to match you up with future surveys. Remember be consistent, after finishing up these profile surveys just wait for emails from Opinion Outpost on survey invitations.
So why Opinion Outpost to start?
Well they pay the best.

As you can see I have racked up $45.40 in about two months. They pay the best per survey compared to other sites. Last night Rackbar took a survey for $10.00 which only took 15 minutes. Not all surveys are like that though. I would say the average survey is worth $3-4 and lasts 20-25 minutes. Once you get the hang of taking surveys you improve your time as well. I am going to estimate my earnings per hour as:
$9/hour estimated.
The only bad part about Opinion Outpost is that you have to qualify for the survey. So far I am 15 for 43 on surveys. The ones you don’t qualify for get you nothing. Some people might have to wait five surveys before they qualify and this can become annoying. When they come though you will be happy. You also get a dollar for a referral of someone. I am banking that you will want my referral, but once you get it you can send it to your friends and family who don’t read The Wi11is.
Payouts
The good thing about Opinion Outpost is that once you have completed the survey it gets credited to your account. You have to have at least 50 points ($5) to request a payment which is very low compared to other sites. So once you reach that mark request a payment. It does take about a month to get your check but it will come. I will post my first check up here when I get the chance too, I have received it and deposited it (it cleared). I just have a final in an hour and don’t have time to upload it just yet. If you want to wait till the proof is up that is fine by me, I would wait myself as I am a skeptic. If you trust me, hit that Contact The Wi11is button and shoot me your email.

(Sorry for the poor quality I only had my blackberry to snap a shot, next check I will take with my camera.)
I bid you luck with Opinion Outpost. If you have more questions let me know, ill respond.

Like I said early I’d find a way for you make some side cash. Paid surveys are the answer. I think I have seen 100 surveys on whether I like PS3 or XBox. I will admit I have tried to get my free PS3, but halfway through I realize that I have to sign up for 4 different subscriptions that cost 20 bucks a spot and also have to apply for a credit card. Of course I stop and they have half of my information for free.
For the past few months The Wi11is has been reviewing ten or so paid survey companies for you the readers of The Wi11is. Half of these I thought were scams, which MOST are, but I have steadily been receiving checks from some of them and I want to share with you those sites that are good and that you a college (or whatever you are) kid can make some spare cash with.
So how do you do these paid surveys? Well you can just google paid surveys and hope that you come across the right site. Kind of risky, that is what I am here for. I am going to give you a list to do and look over before you start using these sites.
- Set up a separate email just for paid surveys. I suggest gmail it is great service and is about 25 times faster than IU webmail. I want you to have a separate email just in case they give your email to some spammers it will not clog up your main account.
- Never give away your Social Security Number.
- Never give away your Social Security Number. Don’t be stupid your Soc is sacred and should be held onto like a 16 year old girl’s V-card.
- Trust The Wi11is, wait till I review the site to tell if its legit. If there is a site that you would like reviewed before you sign up let us try it out first. In the mean time just go to the sites I have already reviewed.
- BE CONSISTENT. Don’t say you are 21 one day and 35 the next or change your address around. If you are like me and are afraid someone will steal your identity use a fake birthday. Just make sure you write this down and always use this birthday. The same goes for a phone number if they ask you for one give one that is one or two off from your real one, just always be consistent or you will get kicked off the sites.
- Use Your Real Address and Name. If The Wi11is has reviewed the site use your real name and address. This is because that is the name and address they will send your check too. These two pieces of information must be correct. (FYI I have not been barraged with junk mail yet, I will let you know if that changes)
Alright so if you follow The Wi11is’s directions you have the opportunity to make some side cash. My favorite time to do surveys is between classes and waking up hungover when you cannot even accomplish anything. You might as well be trying to make some side cash when you are doing nothing in college.
What The Wi11is asks of you?
There will be occasions where The Wi11is can make money by giving you a link to sign up. Please help us out we are just some college kids. We are on your side and will always disclose the amount we will get if you sign up.
If you have any questions, comments, or random trivia leave a comment or hit us up by hitting contact us at the top of the page. In the mean time sign up for a gmail account.
